Marcel van der Poel
After living and working in East Africa for 10 years, followed by 4 years of working visits to more than 20 countries on the African continent, I have now been back in the Netherlands for more than 15 years.
Inspired by my own amazement at other worldviews and customs, I started to delve professionally into cultural differences and diversity & inclusion.
I coach individuals and groups who want to learn how to deal with diversity, with cultural differences and cultural identity, or with living and working in a foreign cultural environment.
I coach diverse teams and multicultural organizations on how to make wise use of diversity and the diversity of viewpoints and experiences.
I provide lectures, workshops and trainings for groups looking for contemporary insights on diversity & inclusion or intercultural competence. Or who just want to 'get started'.
